The objective of The Turks & Caicos Real Estate Association is to provide buyers and sellers of real estate with the highest possible level of service by consolidating listing information into a database accessible by its Members and their clients, by implementing standard forms, fees, and purchase procedures, and by ensuring standards of competence within the Industry.

TCREA Members,both corporate and individual, are governed by a Code of Practice that governs business practices and assures the buying and selling public the highest level of professionalism and integrity in the industry.
